She was arrested on the beach in Seaside Heights, New Jersey at the end of last month, and today (August 18) Nicole Polizzi pleaded not guilty.

The reality TV star sent her lawyer to court to enter the plea against charges of disorderly conduct, creating a nuisance and annoying people at the beach (literally) – with a trial having been set for September 8.

In other news, Ms Polizzi seems to have gotten her way and had her nickname “Snooki” trademarked.

Showing the world he’s still got it, Eminem’s recent album “Recovery” is back to being No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

According to Nielsen SoundScan, the “I Love the Way You Lie” rapper has sold 2.1 million of his albums to date.

Not since Susan Boyle’s “I Dreamed a Dream” has anyone sat in the number one spot for six weeks, until now.

“Recovery” has deemed Eminem as the only artist to cross the double-platinum line this year.

Maybe she should think before she tweets – as Kat von D made a big announcement earlier today (August 18) via Twitter and then took it back.

The tattoo temptress tweeted, “And yes, Jesse and I are dating.” But moments later, she deleted the post.

Although von D and James claimed to be just friends, they were recently spotted out and about together in Las Vegas looking to be more than they’re claiming.

In related news, Kat recently revealed that she’s responsible for some of the ink adorning singer Lady Gaga’s body.

“I tattooed Lady Gaga a while ago! I didn’t know who she was at the time and she had just moved to LA. Looking to be pairing up quite nicely, January Jones and new boyfriend Jason Sudeikis were spotted doing some shopping at their local Target in Los Angeles on Wednesday (August 18).

The “Mad Men” actress and her comedian beau browsed the racks for a small cooler and other home needs before racing past paparazzi and out to their nearby car.

The sighting comes just as it was announced that Miss Jones has agreed to take on a role in the upcoming movie “X-Men: First Class”.

They’re known for their drama seeking ways, so it comes as no surprise that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will be officially divorced on Valentine’s Day.

The former “Hills” stars separated a few weeks back and Miss Montag filed for divorce on July 30th.

Her lawyer, Jodeane Farrell, confirmed to TMZ that Mr Pratt has signed the paperwork confirming that he was served with divorce papers on August 13.

Transitioning smoothly from scene to scene, the blonde actress stayed focused while working with new castmate Sam Page – who will be playing her new love interest on the hit CW show.

In related news, Ms Lively recently admitted that acting is what brought her out of her shell and gave her the confidence she needs to live in the public eye.

Pilfering from the rich and famous, Maria Gabriella Perez has been named in an affidavit from the U.S. Secret Service over alleged credit card theft from top name celebrities.

According to TMZ, Miss Perez used to run a high end Beverly Hills salon named Chez Gabriela Studio – where she was able to gain access to Jennifer Aniston, Anne Hathaway and Liv Tyler’s credit card numbers.

Maria is said to have spent $280,000 of the stars’ money over a one-year timeframe, with Liv Tyler said to have been hit the hardest at $214,000.

Meanwhile, Melanie Griffith and Scott Speedman were also named as victims, while singer Cher was also mentioned in the affidavit – though her rep has since denied any such fraudulent charges.

Spending the evening on the red carpet, Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers teamed up for the New York City premiere of “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” on Wednesday (August 18).

After posing alongside Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Miss Lovato proceeded to join up with Nick, Joe and Kevin at Alice Tully Hall in the Lincoln Center locale during what was quite the busy day of press duties.

Also in attendance at the festive Big Apple screening were the JoBros younger brother, Frankie, as well as Kevin’s lovely wife, Danielle.

With just over two weeks left to wait, “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” will be making its grand debut on the Disney Channel on September 3rd at 8/7C.

Making time for her little ones, Britney Spears spent the afternoon with Sean Preston and Jayden James in Calabasas, California on Wednesday (August 18).

The Calabasas outing comes as Brit Brit has been plugging away on her “Glee” guest appearance in an upcoming “all-Britney” episode of the hit FOX show.

Bidding farewell to two of her brood, Kate Gosselin showed off a wide range of emotions as she saw off twin girls Mady and Cara from their Reading, PA home on Tuesday (August 18).

All packed up and ready to go, it looked as though the girls were headed to a sleepover with some friends – as their TLC reality star mom gave them a kiss goodbye before making a variety of interesting faces.

Getting a breather from her parental duties the previous day, paparazzi spotted Kate’s ex husband Jon Gosselin heading over to his former house to pick up the kids for a visitation.
